However, if your item arrives with any noticeable damage or imperfections within 7 days of receiving  it, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for you. Kindly reach out to us via email at  providing your order number and a photograph/video of the damaged item.  Please be aware that the shipping cost for the return courier will be your responsibility, while we will  cover the shipping expenses for the replacement item.
