Can I change or cancel my order?

If, unfortunately, you need to cancel an order, we kindly request that you do so within 6 hours of placing the order by reaching out to us at psajewels4@gmail.com

Can you exchange items?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges.However, if your item arrives with any noticeable damage or imperfections within 7 days of receiving it, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for you. Kindly reach out to us via email at psajewels4@gmail.com providing your order number and a photograph/video of the damaged item. Please be aware that the shipping cost for the return courier will be your responsibility, while we will cover the shipping expenses for the replacement item.

Delivery is free in INDIA for purchases over Rs 1000. Otherwise, delivery is Rs 100.

Please note that your purchase might vary slightly from the displayed image on our website, as a testament to the craftsmanship involved. Due to hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on any PSA Jewels silver products.
