Product Deliveries: 

Our products are dispatched from either our own warehouses or third-party facilities located across  various points in India. We strive to ensure that you receive your ordered items within 5-7 business  days from the date of order placement and payment receipt, depending on the delivery address.  Deliveries will be facilitated by our in-house staff, third-party courier and logistics companies, or  Postal Services, typically scheduled between 10:30 am and 7 pm, Monday to Sunday. 

Orders with customization requirements will take an additional 10-15 business days for shipping. 

Please note that a signature is required upon delivery, and we cannot be held responsible for goods  signed for by someone other than the intended recipient at the specified address during the order  placement. We also do not assume liability for any inaccuracies in the address details provided  during the order process. Once the products are delivered, we do not take responsibility for any  damage that may occur. 

Reporting Issues: 

Any claims related to shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service on the day of  delivery through the "Contact Us" page on our web store. In cases of shortages, it is essential to  highlight and sign the Proof of Delivery copy, which should be returned to the delivery person. 

Delivery Charges: 

Shipping and handling rates are subject to variation based on factors such as product type,  packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. The applicable shipping and handling charges will  be clearly communicated during the checkout process, allowing customers to be informed before  making payments.
